Cologne Choice

The sense of smell is one of the greatest senses we possess. How you smell is key. The scent of a person is one of the key factors in whether you are attractive to another person or not. There for you need to know what scent is right for you, if any.

I personally am very big on colognes. I know some guys say that cologne is for "girly men", but I disagree. I think you need to have at least 3 different kinds, and one that is your distinct scent. When people smell it, they automatically think of you. I personally have about 20 different colognes, and have not really narrowed down what one scent is for me. I don't know which one I would say is "me".

People often ask me what scent I am wearing or want me to recommend something for them. So it is with great enthusiasm I recommend Burberrys Brit. It is a great smelling cologne. It smells fresh and clean. To me it has a hint of baby powder to it.

I don't have this cologne yet, and according to my wife I will never own it because she thinks it is horrible. However, I will own it very soon. It smells too good, and I have to smell me more than she does.

Some of you might be asking, "What good does it do if a girl does not like the smell?" My opinion is this...if you think you smell good and you are feeling good about yourself, you are going to be more confident. As we all know confidence attracts people more than any cologne scent ever will.

I think that a man should have just one scent that he stays with forever. A man needs that scent that his children and grandchildren will identify him by.

It's OK to deviate sometimes, but I think that a man needs one single trandemark scent.

Mine is Emporio Armani.

I do agree with Jer on the BOD. I have the Really Ripped Abs spray as well. I can't say it is my favorite of all my colognes, but it is good and it is cheap. My wife loves the scent of it as well. I have the body soap that goes with it as well.

Cheap does not mean bad. GQ rates Classic Old Spice as one of the greatest scents of all time.

Amen to confidence. On a given day a person is in a mood for a different scent. I own many beautiful products, and am truly into aromatherapy, so you go boy. And by the way, stick to your guns about buying what YOU LIKE! If someone does not like it, at least you have enjoyed it yourself.
Out!

I like to hear thoughts on the most overrated scent. My vote is for Acqua di Gio.

I would say I agree with your wife on the Burberry Brit. Way too common, more for "younger" college kids...and you are too unique for that.

I like colognes, too. I have about five or six that I put on depending on how I feel. I agree with Tim on having a few. My little daughter does not get confused, either. She recognizes the various ones. I even make my own--a little old spice with some vanilla oil--I turn myself on. There is also this new one from Kenneth Cole that I think you need, Tim. Its called Reaction--so nice. I will be purchasing it soon; the wifey likey.
