I predict that Scott is going home tonight on American Idol. I like Scott even though it appears he beat his girlfriend up once. That is not cool. However, the effort he has put in trying to prove his dad wrong has been respectable. If you all remember in the beginning of this season Scott said his Dad had told him he could never make anything of himself. I think he has proven his Dad wrong. The fact that Scott has made it this far and done this well should shut his father up.
He has a very nice voice, but it just isn't a winner.

So the whole beating up the girlfirend thing is supposed to impress his dad?
The first time I read this, I thought you said it was cool that he beat his girlfriend.
I need to edit that post then. We don't want people thinking that I approve of abuse.
I'd like to go on record and say...uh, no I don't. However, I would like to thank "bad attitude" for trying to stir the pot.
